Rosa Javadi is the engineering manager for Jabil’s Manufacturing Technology & 创新集团. An expert in product lifecycle management, she has over 25 years of experience 在R&D, NPI and operations for high-tech industries, biotechnologies, consumer electronics, space technology and automotive technology.

Rosa has been an integral technical resource at Fortune 500 companies and Silicon Valley startups, including co-founding a biotech company in 2003. 帮助发展 the next generation of STEM leaders, she is an engineering leadership advisor at California State University, Chico, and teaches smart manufacturing at San Jose State University (菠菜网lol正规平台).
